For her third and final Disney dress, my daughter picked Mulan.
I again started off with a solid yellow dress from Primary.com, and decided to make a top to go over it.
I found a light green girls’ V-neck shirt with long sleeves, and a royal blue adult-size tank top. Since it was likely to be warm out I decided to avoid too many layers, and simply spliced together the two tops by attaching the upper portion of the green shirt to the lower portion of the blue tank. I also cut the elastic cuffs off of the sleeves to make them look more like the original, and cut out the V-inset on the shirt to let the yellow dress peek through.
With a belt made of red ribbon (snaps added to the back) strung through belt loops, I was all set!
And all three dresses are done!
